Italian 1940s Sofa Attributed to Guglielmo Ulrich
A long sofa attributed to Guglielmo Ulrich, the master of Italian classicism. This sofa is an exceptional example of Ulrich's architectural skill, where line becomes form and back again.
The sofa has a wonderful downward and elongated curve to the back and a luxurious scroll to the arm, all elegantly held in by a sweeping U-shaped mahogany frame, ending on brass sabot feet.
